Welcome to Student Alliance LLP. By accessing our website and purchasing our Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD) and related products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an educational or corporate entity ("you") and Student Alliance LLP ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, as well as the purchase of products.
2. Product Orders & Specifications
We offer smart boards in multiple sizes (65″, 75″, 86″, 98″, 110″).
- Accuracy: We strive to display accurate technical specifications, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are entirely error-free.
- Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once we verify inventory availability, payment clearance, and coordinate delivery scheduling. We reserve the right to cancel or limit order quantities.
3. Pricing, GST, & Discounts
All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- GST: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India will be calculated and displayed on the tax invoice issued to you.
- Educational Discount Schemes: Special MRP discount offers (upto 67% off) are strictly valid for verified educational institutes, schools, colleges, coaching classes, and registered entities. We may require proof of institution registration before dispatch.
4. Shipping, Installation, & Training
Our standard offering includes delivery and wall-mount installation.
- Site Readiness: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the installation site has appropriate wall strength, power points, and working internet connectivity before our team arrives.
- Technician Visits: Free on-site installation is provided only at designated locations. For remote or non-standard areas, extra transport charges may apply, which will be communicated beforehand.
5. Warranty & Hardware Limitations
Our standard product warranty spans 3 years from the date of installation.
- Scope: The warranty covers manufacturing hardware defects under normal usage. It does not cover physical damage (scratched/broken screen glass), voltage fluctuations, lightning damage, unauthorized disassembly, or third-party custom software rooting.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Student Alliance LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our interactive panels, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
